Help Us Teach Children About Eating Healthy!
This year, we served 8,468 families (about 26,075 people) via cooking classes, mobile food pantries, and special events. As we look towards 2025, please help us to provide virtual cooking classes, mobile pantries and more in Metro Atlanta!
Our Teaching Kitchen will be the centerpiece for CHOICES by teaching and providing healthy nutrition education both in-person and remotely to families in metro Atlanta and throughout the country
- We will sponsor cooking classes with an emphasis on purchasing and properly preparing healthy foods.
- We will create a program around guest chefs who will provide live demonstrations on preparing healthy meals.
- We will expand beyond cooking and host seminars and webinars with special guests focused on health and wellness of the whole body.
- Our impacts will be making a positive change in diseases like diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease, high blood pressure, liver and heart disease.
