C.H.O.I.C.E.S. Community Teaching Kitchen - Learn. Cook. Thrive.

The C.H.O.I.C.E.S. Community Teaching Kitchen will be providing healthy nutrition education both in-person and remotely to families in metro Atlanta and throughout the country!

• We will sponsor cooking classes with an emphasis on purchasing and properly preparing healthy foods.
• We will create a program around guest chefs who will provide live demonstrations on preparing healthy meals.
• We will expand beyond cooking and host seminars and webinars with special guests focused on health and wellness of the whole body.

Our impacts will be making a positive change in diseases like obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease, high blood pressure, liver and heart disease for all ages!
